Yay!! It's a Friday night and with not much to do, I just came up with my first tutorial!  It's nothing too fancy, just a simple (I hope) coloring tutorial.  I've always been disappointed that a lot of the tuts out there are for Photoshop and include Selective Color.  I've got Paint Shop Pro, so that's not an option. So, I've come up with this tutorial that should hopefully give similar coloring.  And I hope that it helps you guys who are like me and don't have PS.

Anyway, here's what we'll be making:

Made in PSP 8. 
Level: Easy/Moderate I guess (never have made one of these, lol)
Uses Levels, Channel Mixer, and Color Balance mostly.
Translatable: Should be!
