Can't believe we got an off screen limp!Sam -_- lol. Come on! *puppy eyes* You know me... lol

Oh Sam/Jared looked stunning in this episode. Why someone would even nag and bug about his hair is a mystery to me. He looked great. Jensen looked great and I loved their scenes together in the car, the store and their banter.

Oh and epic cars! Sammy's charger and of course the one and only lady herself - Impala!!!

Opened up a whole lot more questions for me, but that's good. Love the brain challenge of what is going on?

Same here! I love that it really gets us thinking. I'm dying to know more!

I don't get it, why doesn't anyone like Gwen? Granted, I'm neutral about the whole Campbell family, but it seems like everyone think Gwen is the most annoying out of them (with Samuel, it's suspicious, which might be what they plan for; with that silent one, it's nothing, because he hasn't made any impact; with the other guy, it's neutral). What is so annoying about her? From what I saw of episode 1 (ep. 2 is unavaible for the weekend), she is cheerful when not in danger, grins and likes to come with snarky comments. Now, who reminds me of that? Season-1-and-2-Dean. It's really just Dean with boobs, why is it that she is annoying? Is it the Supernatural fandom's infamous sexism, or have I missed something those five minutes she got in the first episode to show us 0,01 percent of her character?

This is meant as a question of curiosity, as I'm unable to watch the new episode for the moment, and if there is something with her character that is annoying, except being a woman with Dean's personality, I'd like to know so that I'm aware of it. It's just that I recently encountered a fandom that called this girl Marta a slut and bitch because she always hung around this "knight in shining armor" that she wanted to marry at the age of 15, while the fandom LOVED this 23-year-old guy who flirted with every girl he saw, including the 15-year old, because flirtig with teenagers at the age of 23 is JUST SO AWESOME, RAIT? So I want to make sure that it is not the gender that summons the annoyance, because I've seen how people have eventually come to accept and like Lisa despite people being annoyed with her before, with how she cares and understands Dean and his life and wants to help him to do it, too.

Eh, I guess it's mostly Gwen's attitude that I don't like. It seems almost reminiscent of Meg (whom I really *did* like), but like she's trying too hard maybe? The fact that I don't like her has nothing to do with sexism. There are plenty of women on Supernatural that I do like (Mary, Meg, Sarah, Ellen, Jo, Madison, Pamela, to name a few). I know I can't speak for everyone, but I've got the same feeling from a few other fans who don't like her much as well.

It's also the fact that she's part of this mysterious group of family members whom we really don't know much about. Even if that doesn't make much sense.

It may very well be a gender issue with some fans, but I don't think that's true for all of them - certainly not me. For what it's worth, I also really dislike Christian - possibly even more so than Gwen. I hated what he said to Dean.

I mostly wanted to make sure, even Misha Collins have admitted that Supernatural's fandom is very sexist sometimes, though it might have been as a joke because he hinted that if his role had been a woman, he would only be in a couple of episodes.

I didn't mean to accuse anyone for it, but those few minutes I saw her in the first episode, she just seemed like another version of the old Dean, so I wanted to make sure. Thank you for replying.

I just watched the epi and I have to say that I liked it very much. First, I don't trust Grandpa, not at all...we'll just have to see what happens next. I found the supermarket scenes hilarious..we got to see the old Sam and Dean and that was great! The baby was so cute and I liked how Dean took care of him... he's a natural. Well, that's not surprising, he took care of Sammy all his life.

We got the bonus of two Sam and Dean... Shapeshifter/Sam was sooo hot! And I really like Lisa, she's a great woman and she really loves Dean, it shows. I have to admit that I like this new Dean... but I wouldn't mind seeing the old one again! Oh, and the last scene was epic! So, bring on the next epi! It will be the return of Castiel, the Impala and, finally, half naked Sam doing pull ups... Yeah! *hugs*

This wasn't my favorite shape-shifter episode - nothing will ever compare to Skin - but it was a nice leap forward in the mythology, I thought.

My skin crawls whenever Samuel is on screen. Definitely something wrong about him and his family. Can't wait to find out what's going on there.

I really liked watching Dean with the baby, too. And that smile the baby gave him from the back of the Impala! My heart melted. So cute! Like I mentioned on the Puppy picspam too, seeing Sam vs. Sam, however briefly, was awesome! :D

I like Lisa, too. She's a very smart, classy lady. And I have a feeling that if push comes to shove later on this season that she'll prove that she can take care of herself. I like strong women. :D
